Find and manage the acquisition of material, spaces and other needs for the event. Technical sound and video engineer, manage online projection through zoom conference platform. Define the event visual chart and apply it across all the communication material. Coordinate the interaction with the private partners, sponsors and the audiovisual technical teams behind the event. Manage the regulatory and legal aspects, sponsorships and the application of rrCMDO’s equity, diversity and inclusion criteria.
